Josh thoroughly examined the interior and exterior of the home and determined that the leak might be plumbing related. Josh could have very easily exploited our ignorance and suggested a solution purely beneficial to his company that may not have addressed the underlying cause of the problem. Instead, he demonstrated his integrity by realistically assessing the situation even if it would jeopardize the sale. "My handyman recommended Aldefer glass as I need to replace the glass in my shower since it was an unusual size. When they were here to measure they mentioned they also could replace my kitchen windows. I was excited, one stop shopping. Well it’s two different departments... They had to come back and remeasure the windows, Another 2 week wait. They would not order until I gave them a 50% deposit (which is OK). They told me it would be 2 wks to get the glass then approx 2 weeks to install. I had to call numerous times to see if windows had arrived and schedule install. Bottomline my 4 wk anticipated install was over 2 months, then the middle glass in the tempered shower shattered during install ( 2 phone calls and 4 Additional weeks later shower complete). Kitchen windows still not right. Flys keep getting stuck between window and screen so I can’t open 2 of 6 windows in my kitchen. Terrible customer service. I have several more windows that I need to replace, they will not get my business. Truly awful experience."

"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"
