They were able to schedule me in for the next day. Our plumber, Steve, arrived and diagnosed the problem - partially clogged sinks. He corrected the problem per the quote. While working on the sinks, he noted that the drain pipes connected to the p-trap should be modified (he did this at no extra cost). After the job was completed, I had a question about my sump pump. He offered to look at it and gave some recommendations. Overall, I felt that the job was corrected to my satisfaction. The work done by Steve was both personable and professional. If I had future plumbing needs, I would strongly consider ValDel Plumbing."

"The project was great overall.  Don and his assistant demoed the bathroom down to the studs in one day and didn't make any mess in the house.  It was raining but they laid down drop cloths and it everything was clean by the time we got home from work with the kids.  We had planned the whole project with him ahead of time and he helped us pick out the fixtures / tile etc.  They were on the garage when they started doing the work and had the bathroom completed in a few days.  We opted to paint it ourselves so Don worked with us to complete that at night while not holding him up during the day.

This was not the first time we had Don Volkert work in our home.  He did work for the previous owners (complete kitchen remodel / finished the basement) and has done work for us two other times (tankless hot water heater / removed wall in living room) in our 4 years in our house.  We will not use any other contractor for work in our home."
