JB Plumbing and Heating

So let me save you a lot of time and frustration. I’ve done all the vetting for you. I’ve called all around town, including bigger plumbing services in the Delaware Valley, including the big box stores and their promises, and what I found simply is that JB Plumbing & Heating is simply the best. Now I do live in Chicago and I wish I could steal these guys from Philly and bring them to Chicago, but they deliver the best plumbing services in the Delaware Valley for where my mom currently resides. When needing to get critical services done, I need someone I can trust. Mark Weinerman and team are not only trustworthy, but they actually care about the full context of the service they perform. They’ve been an incredible partner through some challenging situations and I can recommend them enough for what you need for your home or property. I’m sure I’ll try to convince Mark to deliver other services outside of plumbing and heating. We all could use reliable and contentious service providers like JB. Thanks Mark!

Mark answered the phone immediately and promised to come by as soon as one of his staff was free. As it was, Mark showed up with his assistant. The job was completed and cleaned up by 2:40. In my wildest dreams I could not have imagined such responsiveness and professionalism, especially from someone I had never worked with before. I recommend Mark Weinerman without reservation.

Mark is now 3 for 3 in coming to our rescue. For the past 2 years he has worked on various projects around our house. Most recently we recently had our 28 year old washer/dryer finally give - the cold water hose was fused to the shut off value and wouldn't come off. With the fear causing a leak, I called Mark and with my Mom begging in the back ground - he agreed to an early Sunday morning visit to take care of the issue. Excellent work as always paying attention to covering items furniture/washer to ensure it doesn't get damaged.
I continue to recommend him to friends for his quality work and reasonable prices.

I called Mark on the Monday before Thanksgiving looking to see if we could get a quote for installing a water line for a new refrigerator that we were having delivered the day before Thanksgiving.
He was able to come out the very next day, make suggestions on what we should do, and had a quote to us that afternoon. His quote was a little bit higher than we wanted to go, and he was able to work with us to bring it down slightly more into our budget range.
The next day Mark and his colleague showed up on time, they were professional, courteous, they put down plenty of drop cloths, etc. and went to work. Within a couple of hours we had a new water line installed just in time for the refrigerator to be delivered! Mark hooked up the fridge for us, tested the water line and made sure all was working before going on his way.
I can't thank Mark enough for his help and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to use JB Plumbing from now on.

Mark quickly assessed the problem and scheduled a repair time with my tenants. He fixed everything at the quoted price, with great communication. And he takes Square payments, great for somebody like me who lives out of state. THANKS!

A water line in my basement broke this past Saturday night. I searched for a plumber on Yelp (because this is my first Angie's List review) and found JB Plumbing. He was the highest rated/reviewed, so I gave him a call. Mark, the owner, answered the phone himself at 10pm on a Saturday night and told me he could have someone at my house within 30 minutes. He quoted me at $375, which I found to be an extremely reasonable price for a Saturday night, emergency job.
I naturally called one or two other places, just to make sure JB's price was fair, and I couldn't even get anyone on the phone.
I had Mark's team come out and they arrived within 30 minutes, as promised. He repaired the leak, cleaned up the mess and left my home exactly as it was before the leak.
I really hope I don't have to see Mark or JB Plumbing very often, but if I do, it would be a pleasure to have them in my home again. I couldn't ask for a more punctual, professional, responsive, efficient and reasonably priced plumbing company in the Philadelphia area. Thanks, Mark!
