I had the absolute pleasure of hiring Bill and his team for replacing my water heater. Their work was exceptional, Bill was very quick and responsive, straightforward, no BS. I had 3 plumbers visit my house for an estimate and Bret Homes undercut the price compared to the other two significantly. They showed up this morning at 9, finished replacement by 10:30, and I had hot water by 11:15. Excellent service, I will be keeping them in mind for the future. I will say for notes; be sure to know what you are asking for, in terms of whether your heater is easily accessible, whether you'd want an expansion tank installed, etc. I was the one to suggest a slimmer tank to fit the gap that was available, as well as ask for an expansion tank, but once I did, no issue at all, very easy to work with.
