"Great! The plumber who came to our house had 40+ years of experience. He knew exactly how to address our plumbing problems and even educated me on how to easily and simply test for toilet seal leaks and how to keep the kitchen drains and garbage disposal in better condition. I really appreciated that! He worked extra hard at unsticking the garbage disposal blades to save us the cost of purchasing a new one when ours was still in good condition. I felt he treated our house and our plumbing problems with as much care and thought as he would his own. "Had new counters and sink installed. Needed someone to connect my new sink to my disposal as well as the new faucet. The work was done fine but the price was outrageous. Charged me 427 bucks for about 45 minutes of work. When I said something to the technician about the price he stated they charge by the job and not the hour that way they don't have to rush the job to make customer happy. He then stated that plumbers usually screw you over with costs and that's why you should learn how to do it yourself. 427 bucks is a lot of cash for a very basic service and they know that but they still charge it."
