"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

"Dave came Monday evaluated my system for repair. I ask for information to replace instead because of a prescient leak and possible over stressed system. Jerry came Tuesday. I decided to place with a 2 1/2 ton unit 3 ton to better fit home needs. I had an air cleaning unit added. I also had mini split unit installed in garage. The four man crew came Wednesday installed very thing plus cleaned the ductwork. I am very pleased. The compressor unit much quieter than the old, hardly hear it. By the way this is all done with the Coronavirus social distance thing. Very one did extremely well."

"Greg reached out to me immediately after I sent out a request to check my heating system. He came down and immediately diagnosed what the issue was, ordered the needed replacement part, constantly updated me of when he expected to receive it. Within a day, he received and replaced faulty part and my heating system is back up and running. I highly recommend APT due to my wonderful experience with Greg."

"Greg and Duct Pros came out quick and got the job done quick. He did the dryer vent as well and took a look at our ac unit. Although he could have cleaned it and charged us, he let us know that it was honestly too big of a cleanup to handle and recommended a few hvac companies who could do it. I appreciated the honesty! Definitely would recommend these guys!"

"Simply outstanding. I had been using another company I will not name here, but looking over the HORIZON for help since they could not service my Air Conditioner until August, I turned to Home Advisor. Desperate for help, low and behold up popped Mechanical Monster. Expecting another July/August response, I spoke to this very nice lady, and she said the owner Jeff had an opening the following day! Wow! I was still a bit leery but Jeff showed up, explained to me everything he was doing, made me feel at ease. He found the problem, went above what a normal repairman would do and said you will have Air Conditioning tonight. He was out in the dark, in the rain, getting done. I have not had customer service like that in probably over 30 years. This is a great example of what America used to be, companies going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. This is rare in these times, and I am really blessed to have come upon Mechanical Monster and Jeff. Renews my hope for our great country that there still are companies out there to put their customers first."

"Andrew replaced our heating and cooling system and went above and beyond. He ran into a lot of faulty wiring from the previous installation and made everything right so we have a safe and functioning unit. He worked long hours to get the job done quickly as well. we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr. 

We are very happy.
