So so, routed wires and lines at his convenience, I had to make some of the holes through walls my self at his request which he later did not use, warranty issues won't reply to my calls, just a crappy deal

I found Munro Heating & Air LLC on Angie's List. I called Todd after hours and they came out right away the next day to take a look. They worked through the details with our unit being under warranty etc. They got our air conditioning working as soon as they could get the parts. Great experience!

We have a sun room that Todd installed a split system in. We now have heat and A/C. Todd was great at recommending the best system to use and took care of removing the baseboard heat and setting up the new one. Very satisfied and highly recommend Todd!

Todd did an awesome job. We moved into a new house with an old and insufficient system. Todd recommended a new system and installed it and it's working great. He came back for a follow up visit when we had some issues with glow to one room and he took care of it.

The last thing we needed with a five month old baby and another April snowstorm, was a dead furnace. Todd came out and got us back and running to get us through the storm and then came out to replace the unit (our decision, after looking at the options) with his crew, providing us with a variety of plans to fit our needs. They showed up on time, and were courteous and professional throughout. Three weeks later, when a completely different and unrelated contractor tripped a few breakers and blew out a fuse in the unit, Todd had us back and running within an hour. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. I found them on Angie list about 2 years ago. They have been incredible. We have two old (15 year) central AC and heating units at our home that we have them sevice every year. This time one of them was not working and we decided it was time to get new ones rather than repair the old ones. Munro told me what type of units I needed and went over the different types and energy ratings. We also had a room over a garage which never was cool enough in the summer nor hot enough in the winter. They recommended a ductless system. They did an excellent job of installation and the systems work perfectly. They spent the time to go over everything we me. They installed a new WIFI thermostat and explained how to use it. They have been great.

Not good at all. They are probably OK for a repair on your heater or ac unit but do not hire them to do any ductwork. As they did not size the unit with the ductwork properly.

On a hot summer day we brought home our newborn son home from the hospital. Within an hour of us getting home, our A/C suddenly stopped working and started blowing out hot air. With this being a Sunday, I knew this could be a big problem for us. We called several of the big companies who couldn't get out until Friday! Then I called Munro. They dispatched a tech and had him out within 20 minutes. He was friendly and courteous and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He was honest regarding our system and very knowledgeable. The issue was fixed same day. I could not be more grateful for their quick service. The price came in way lower than expected. I am done with the big companies forever and Munro will now be my new go to for my HVAC needs. Thanks so much!

Todd and Andrew are the BEST in the business. Todd came in way under competitors. They completed the job without question. Todd even purchased a new breaker to meet code at his expense. They were both gentlemen. They were the cleanest workers I ever employed in 50 years. Please don't spend more money on other HVAC competitors. Todd deserves your business. He is respectful, commendable and affordable. AND he is a nice person.
