Steve A installed and was so easy and calm that my dogs were sad when he left. Kevin was patient and extremely helpful while I was planning to buy a toilet and get heated seat and bidet. Nichole was good natured and we laughed through much of the process, painless though it was. I give them ALL an A plus!

Gas Heating and Furnace Service
We were extremely pleased with Platinum's responsiveness and expertise from start to finish. Soon after initial contact and site review, they provided three different levels of quotes and explained the benefits of each one. They guided us through our interactions with PECO to get the new gas line installed prior to setting a date for the project completion. Their team showed up on time, ready to work on the day of installation. Sean, Luis and the entire team were professional, friendly, and very easy to contact throughout the entire process. They completed the removal of our old furnace and oil tank, installation of a new gas furnace, and coordinated/completed meter requirements and system checks all in one day. If you're looking for heating and plumbing services, I would highly recommend contracting Platinum for your work!

We have employed Platinum several times since arriving in Pennsylvania. The office is great to work with and Mike is among the finest techs we've ever had at our house. He's always on time, pleasant to work with and carefully explains what he's done and, for us old folks, how to use and maintain what he's fixed or replaced. Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
Project: Installation of a new heat pump system. The installation went smoothly, the installer answered all my questions, walked me through the filter change process, the system maintenance process, and were overall very good to work with. I definitely would recommend Platinum. We are very happy with our choice of company for this project.

I highly recommend them. They came out and did an estimate on running a gas line from the first floor to the second floor kitchen. They do charge a travel fee if you don't hire them but after this experience it's definitely a non-issue. They were extremely professional and explained everything that needed to be done and it went exactly as Mike said it would. If I have another project, they would be my 1 and only call.

This company is top notch all the way,I'd give 10 stars if I could. Brad was supper excellent. The girl on the phone was absolutely sweet as could be. Platnum came out the same day when others said it would take a week. I hope platnum becomes the biggest around just to show the other businesses what service is all about.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
Platinum provided a very good price for a quality product and scheduled the work very quickly. The heat pump and air handling unit was installed on the day that it was scheduled to be done, and we have had no problems with it. They were very courteous and professional and I look forward to seeing them again for the regular maintenance of our new HVAC system.

After Home Depot's delivery and installation contractor dropped the ball and left the new dishwasher in a box in my living room I got mad and called Platinum and ask if they could install it. They said absolutely and scheduled me ASAP. They came out and explained what they needed to do and went to work. They did the job in a timely fashion and I am extremely happy with the work.

Returned my call on a Saturday afternoon. Non emergency situation, but still had visit on Monday. Shower leak repaired Thursday AM. Saved damage to kitchen ceiling. Got valuable planning advice for potential updates to bathroom. Advice was comprehensive and thoughtful of performance and cost. Very pleased with responsiveness and service.

The 2nd floor HVAC replacement went smoothly. the 3 installers were on time, and explained what they would be doing. they were professional and completed the job on time. afterwards they explained the warranty registration process and servicing. the unit works great.

I understand why you might feel the amount of time spent does not justify the cost. Our home heating unit completely stopped working on this cold January morning. After calling around I decided to go with Platinum. 1:15pm I called and set up an appt for tomorrow morning, but asked if we could get service today if something happened to open up on their end. 1:35pm - Platinum called back, a technician could be at our home in 30-45mins. 2:15pm - Tech arrived, gave diagnostic and quote and left to pick up parts for our unit 4:15pm - Job is complete, parts replaced, technician went over repair and warranty info. We have heat! By far, the best experience I’ve had with hvac repair scheduling, communication, and service. It’s amazing to me, we were able to get our heater repaired in a matter of a couple hours, and with no stress, no concerns, and no weird mystery pricing. I highly recommend!

Platinum promptly responded to my request and my technician was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He also advised me on maintenance that previous companies I have engaged for my yearly tune-up had missed. I felt their price was reasonable and I will definitely be using them again in the future!!
