After I finished clearing everything out of the room, I had Bob come in and re-plaster the walls and ceiling (ceiling was also covered in the plastic tiles). He did a fantastic job! "This was a complex project involving removal of the ceiling to expose joists, establishing anchors on the joists, drilling through an external wall, and attaching a steel channel iron to the outside wall. With force applied to a long bolt attached to the joists, the external wall was pulled into place and the joists were re-inserted into their slots.
