"A few weeks ago our gas hot water heater died. We had never used Valdel Plumbing before but were extremely impressed with the entire experience. Their specialist, Steve Ault was awesome and very knowledgeable. He quickly got to work dismantling the old unit. He even had a new heater and all the parts on his truck so there wasn't even a delay in waiting for parts or a new heater to be delivered. He also installed a drip pan, a pressure regulator and re-routed some of the exhaust piping for better venting. The price they charged seemed to be in line with the work performed. "I needed to have the gas line behind my current stove relocated so that a new stove could be installed. Sounds simple right? Not if your home is over 150 years old! Jerry and his team did a fantastic job of chipping away at drywall, brick and who knows what else to successfully relocate the gas line. Not only that, he had noticed on the day of the estimate that my water line to the fridge was leaking and that both my dishwasher and aforementioned water line did not have up to date shut off valves which could delay installation (again!) of my new appliances. I was very pleased with the service I received and the care they took in cleaning up after the jobs were completed.
