We have regular appts but if I need additional service, he makes time right away. For the summer, we added on the flea, tick and mosquito service - also because we just got a puppy. Overall, a great value and makes me feel more comfortable in my home."

Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. Kyle checked with the various satellite sites of technicians and found someone to come out the very next day in the morning which seems to be unheard of these days with businesses. Scheduled visits every quarter are what we wanted as we live next to the woods and our back yard is where the woods begin, so we wanted insect protection year round."
