He went above and beyond as the job was more involved because I didn't understand the complexity of bathroom ceiling fans ( I thought it was a simple exchange when it was the newer model of the existing model) He was so kind, professional and did a great job! We offer a 10% military discount to active and retired service members. We do not sub-contract out any of our work which helps us guarantee you will be getting quality and custom work on every job. Our billing procedures are as follows, estimated material cost should be paid in full prior to the start of the job. Half the labor cost is to be paid the first day construction starts, another 25% to be paid once deemed the first phase is completed and the remaining 25% should be paid in full at the completion of the job.
