I had a horrible experience as a first time home buyer- our seller didn't fix the electrical issues he was supposed to prior to closing. Three weeks post- closing, we finally managed to force the sellers to send out an electrician at their expense. I'll admit, I was nervous about who they would send put since I've had such a bad experience with them. I can't say enough good things about Wilson Electric. He was quick, knew what he was doing, and got it done right. I'm thankful that he was who they sent out to fix my issues, and I'll be sure to reach out to him for any other issues I have in the future.

Excellent workmanship, professional and courteous at the right price.

Quickly identified three 240 volt thermostats wired at 110 volt.. Once replaced, functioned perfectly.

I thought I had a problem with a 3way circuit and my ceiling fan wasn't working.  My meter showed no power coming to the fan.  He came in and diagnosed that there was indeed power coming to the fan.  My meter was defective.....and my brand new fan was also defective.  I called first thing in the morning and he came by mid afternoon.  I'll use him again if I need any electrical work in the future.

Larry was referred to me by Jed Allen, my plumber. I called Larry around 9am; he advised he could come out that same day between 1 and 2. Around 12:30, Larry called to say he would be there in 15 minutes and he was! I explained how I had been using the microwave when power went out. Larry checked the outlets and the breaker. Determined the breaker on that circuit was bad so he replaced it, restoring power. He checked all the other breakers as well. I was surprised to get same day service and even more surprised to get a call giving me his ETA.

Larry is very punctual and responsive. We gave him a wish list and he was able to provide everything we wanted within our budget. He also made suggestions about moving the service meter, placement of lights and receptacles. Larry also was able to do the work at our home around our schedule. It took 3 Fridays (half days) to complete the work but neither me or my husband had to take any time off from our job which was VERY much appreciated. When he was finished with the job, he cleaned up and took all the boxes, etc. with him. Everything was completed as requested.

Can't say enough about this great guy. He was at my home within minutes of my early morning call, and was able to identify and fix the problem easily. Extremely professional and personable. I found my new go-to electrician!

There were a few challenges that came up during his service and he handled all very well and made suggestions that I really appreciated. Very knowledgeable and hard working.

When I called to request a quote, he was at the house in just over an hour. Got my estimate that night and agreed on the job. He started and finished as he promised the next week. He was on time and got the job done quickly. I have already discussed more work for him to do at my home. Would recommend Wilson Electric to anyone. I have already told people at work how pleased I am with his work.

I called Larry Wilson on Friday and told him my problem. He asked me to call him Monday after 1pm and remind him of our discussion. I did call on Monday and he was at my home within an hour. He quickly diagnosed my problem to my satisfaction. Since he was here less than 30 minutes, he didn't charge me a full service call. This is the second time I've used Mr. Wilson and would recommend Wilson Electric to anyone.

The owner is Larry Wilson. I would rate him highly. He was responsive, efficient, professional, and accommodating to time frame. I work Monday thru Friday, 9 to 5 and he came after my work hours. The price was fair.

I called Larry Wilson from work for a quote and he met me at my house a few hours later after work. He called the Electric Company engineer to confirm his plans were ok with them. Electric Company came out a week or so later to look at set up and then contacted Larry to go over requirements. Power Company scheduled a day to cut the power while the work was done and Larry and helper showed up that morning at 830. By 11:00 or so work was done and inspector came out and ok'd it. About 3 that afternoon West Penn came out to hook up the mast head and install the meter as that is the Power companies responsibility.
Job went as smooth as you would hope for. If you are changing your electrical entrance you can expect power to be off most of the day. The pricing is based on type of circuit panel and length of wire needed, etc. But I thought the quote was more than reasonable and it is always a plus when your guy shows up.

I called several other contractors on Angies list.... some numbers had been disconnected, I left messages on others. One other contractor called me late Saturday but the job was already done. Mr. Wilson planned to come on Friday but the job he was on took longer than expected. He did call me to let me know and then came on Saturday morning. I pretty well described things above.

I got Wilson's number on a referral. He called back right away and made the appointment. He showed up on time, every time. He never had some excuses or put me off for a bigger job. He works fast too. Gave me the best price I could have expected to get and way lower than the competition. Give this guy a try, you wont be sorry.
