"They are customer centric. They came to the job and asked questions about what I wanted and /or thought I needed. He went thru the house and the two car garage reviewing the scope of the project. He was flexible in his scheduling so it could be completed before family arrived for the weekend. Gave me a fair estimate and explained additional work needed to complete the project Before he did the additional work! He sent his invoice the day of completion. "While the quality of their work was very good, someone needs to screen the contractors for fair business practices. My "pro" forgot to mention that when I paid my bill with my debit card, there was a 3.75% surcharge for the "convenience." Cost me over $50 and when I brought it up all they had to say was "whoops, sorry." Also, I was being charged by the hour. I ended up paying 2 guys at $75/hour to stop by and pick up a few things at the store! $150 for picking up a few supplies?! Had I known, I would have gone and bought the stuff myself!"

We offer a 10% military discount to active and retired service members. We do not sub-contract out any of our work which helps us guarantee you will be getting quality and custom work on every job. Our billing procedures are as follows, estimated material cost should be paid in full prior to the start of the job. Half the labor cost is to be paid the first day construction starts, another 25% to be paid once deemed the first phase is completed and the remaining 25% should be paid in full at the completion of the job.
