"My Furnace blower fan wasn't running properly. Called Jed Heating and Cooling for service. Everything went well from beginning to end. A kind woman answered phone promptly and scheduled a service call at my earliest convenience. The service technician called before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Arrived with a professional appearance and manner. Checked everything out about my furnace and replaced the furnace blower fan. Was here for about an hour. Very good experience! I did not get any other estimates. Had my furnace for 21 years and this the first service I had to have in those years. I own a Trane furnace."

"We recently purchased our home and needed to have our chimney repointed before our new roof was installed. We worked with Ron at Anderson Chimneys Fireplaces Masonry to complete the job. Initial communication was great. Ron was very responsive and helpful during the quoting and scheduling process. He was extremely honest, always making sure that we got the best value for our money. Mainly due to these positive qualities, we decided to work with him instead of another contractor that had a slightly lower bid. He came out with another helper and completed the job within a day. They ground out the mortar joints, repointed the chimney, and applied a chimney crown. The chimney looks great and seems to be performing as expected. We would definitely recommend working with Ron and his crew. They seem like true professionals and masters at their craft."

"The chimney sweep came on time even with bad weather. He was very professional and covered everything. He found no issues and swept the chimney in 40-45 minutes. They billed us, so payment was sent to the office rather than given to the sweep. We were able to have a fire that evening."

"They were a great business and people to deal with. Bill the plumber came to my house when scheduled and took time to diagnose the location and nature of my leak. It was not apparent on the first visit so he only did the pipe and shut off valve repairs. This was good because after leaving the water on for nearly a day the leak did reappear. I called the office and Bill came back out quickly. As he continued to diagnose and locate the leak he spoke with the owner Nick who happened to be nearby and stopped in. They used the snake-like camera to look at various areas including cutting a hole in the living room ceiling. And, bingo!, the leak was right there and visible. After that, they proceeded to replace the leaking portion of the pipe and the length showing visible signs of corrosion. Thanks to the careful diagnose I avoided a much bigger repair. I am grateful for their prompt response to my problem and clean up. They were a pleasure to deal with."
