Amazing. He found the problem - the middle speed on the fan was not connected which meant that the fan was just running on low, so the house was chilly. He discovered the prob and fixed it and stayed til he was sure the furnace could run on medium and high. Also he put in my wonderful nest thermostat. Definitely A+ I thought the price was very fair and reasonable.

They're fantastic, which is why we've continued to use them for so long.

I have no complaints. UPDATE (11/15/18): I needed additional piping to be replaced but I'm not getting a response from them.

Service techs were honest, reliable and kept us updated. They provided us free estimates with pricing options before work was done. We have and will always hire for all pumping/HVAC needs.

The crew was great! Within a few minutes they knew exactly why my shower floor was getting wet and fixed it on the spot. The price they gave me for a disposal was HALF of what a competitor quoted. Well worth the phone call to Beverly.

Excellent service . Beverly Services was dispatch by our home warranty provider. Technician arrived at our house on time was very professional and explained everything he was doing during his entire time in our home.

SENT EMAIL ON WEEKEND REQUESTING SERVICE TO REPLACE WH. WAS CONTACTED MON. MORNING; REPLACEMENT INSTALLED BY AFTERNOON. NO ISSUES; ONLY A COUPLE MODIFICATIONS NEEDED TO BE MADE TO ACCOMMODATE NEW APPLIANCE. VERY SATISFIED WITH BOTH PRODUCT AND SERVICE.

He did some work outside and then came in to clean the filters. He went around past the water heater to the back of my hvac units. After he removed and washed the filters he asked me to change the temperature on my thermostat to check and make sure everything was working fine. He then told me that I needed 1 pound of Freon, which would be in addition to the maintenance covered by my warranty company. But after calling in to his office he told me that everything would be absolutely free and that my home warranty would cover the Freon as well as the maintenance. The next day they called me and said there had been a mistake and I now owed $100. They insisted that I would have to pay and finally dropped the charge down to $49. Then the day after that, I discovered that there was water gushing onto my floor from tubing on my A/C unit. When I called Beverly, they said they couldn't come out to inspect without another $100 ticket from my warranty company. They stated that the technician only refilled my Freon and there was no way the problem was related to the work that he did because he was never inside my house. That is obviously false, since he came in to wash the filters. So now I'm stuck with water damage in my basement that no one is taking responsibility for, and Beverly won't even let me talk to a supervisor or the owner to get this straightened out.

They were timely, professional and good. They do an annual check up on my furnace.

When I called Beverly to arrange the "Spring Tuneup" for my air conditioner, it was working perfectly. After the technician completed the "Spring Tuneup", the air conditioner no longer cooled. The following day the callback technician came and spent a couple of hours diagnosing and fixing the problem. It has functioned perfectly since then. The four "C" grades above are the average of an "F" for the first tech and an "A" for the second. Previously, over many years, Beverly has done a good job. However, this experience has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. Is Beverly slipping?

When I find somebody that I like, I stick with them. I know them well and I stuck with them for that reason. They were very good.

We've used them for years, and they're good. I really use him a lot. We called. We had a problem, they came later that afternoon, and they fixed it, so it was short. We didn't have to wait very long at all. Originally, we were going to have to wait an extra day, but then she called back and said they had a guy that could come over and fix it, so they take care of their customers. They're the going rate. We've used them for years.

The gentleman that came over was very responsive. I asked a number of questions and he answered them all. I thought it was great service.

Our experience went well. Installation was exactly as promised. They were very responsive in dealing with a followup up adjustment that needed to be made.

Good. they came out the 1st time and discovered there was a block of ice in the unit, because it had run full time for days. We turned it off and then they came back out the next day. they put in more freeon and advised that we need to watch the length of time that this worked. They are thinking that there is a leak somewhere in the system, but could not find it. The A/C unit is over 20 years, so the freeon will hopefully get us throught this year and then next year a new unit will be needed. Both service men were very professional, on time and provided a clear explanation and plan of action

I will absolutely use them again.

Our air conditioning always goes out on the hottest days. And they're very prompt. For one thing, they have like a $50 or $25 off coupon that comes with the phone book. That thing you stick on your refrigerator. That's why I called them the first time, but I've been using them for about 6 or 7 years about anytime I have a problem. My air conditioner is pretty old but they're keeping it going. Every time I call them they're really fast coming out. And the technician almost always tells, do you know that there's a $25 off coupon either in the phone book, or he always tells me there's another discount. I don't know if they pump up their price on that or not but it's reasonable enough. Fast response even if it's a weekend they'll come out they'll be there the next day for sure. I've already had them, well one time they came out to fix the air conditioner and not long after they left it went out again right away and I called them and they came right back. They didn't charge me for the first repair because it didn't work so I kind of feel like they're pretty honest.

THIEFS and LIARS. They came to my home for an estimate which costs $54.95, (MONEY LOST) he looked but measured no distances, sat in van about 30 minutes, came back and said they would get back to me with this estimate. Estimate was $2978.69 and would take three men a whole day to do. I then got 2 other estimates from $800 to $1500 and it took one electrician and a helper less than 5 hours to do the entire job.
