"Dear Sir, We did perform plumbing work under your Protection Plan. We excavated, installed a new water line and restored water service all in the same day. We returned the next day to backfill and clean the job site. We explained to you that after the ground settles, you would be need some topsoil and grass seed because of the 7ft deep and 30ft long excavation. You also have the ability to purchase concrete and landscaping restoration under the protection plan. I wish you would have called our office so we could have re-explained our role in the protection plan process to install your new water line."
"Dear Sir, I'm the owner and came to inspect the commercial property you wanted to purchase. I pulled the original paperwork from my visit to the property. You sent over your inspection report and asked for an estimate on the plumbing items. We explained the charge to come to the property, inspect what needed addressed from the report and give you an estimate on the repairs to get water back on to the property(it was more than a main water valve). We gave you the estimate to share with the seller to help with the purchase of the property. The estimate had one price for all of the work and I told you I would take the $120 off of the price for all of the work. We were honest from the very beginning of the process. Most importantly, we were still willing to honor our estimate even though it is a year later because it was tied up in the estate sale."
"Dear Angie's List Customer, We wish you would have called our office so we could explain how your home warranty works. You never mentioned these concerns when we talked to you or were at your home. We came to your home under you HW. We completed the following items that were covered for your $100.00 deductible: 1. lifted and reset your toilet with new wax ring, bolts and supply line 2. supplied and installed a 40 gallon hot water heater Then, you needed an expansion tank. Unfortunately, your policy didn't cover your expansion tank. You mentioned a price from a big box store. We don't buy our material from big box stores. The expansion tanks we install come with a longer warranty. Next, the installation of your water heater would not damage your 2nd floor shower faucet. If that were the case, all of your faucets would have had problems. We did come to your house a 2nd time to look at the shower faucet at no charge to you. We tried to fix the handle as a courtesy but it was corroded and not working properly(if you had faucet coverage on your policy we would have replaced it). If our plumbers would have broke the handle then we would be responsible for replacement at our expense. We gave you an estimate to replace the shower faucet. An estimate does not mean you paid that or were required to use us to replace your faucet. Last, we never heard about the cursing until we read this review. If there was a problem you should have called the office immediately. We are sorry you are so upset. We followed the guidelines of your HW and there was work not covered under your policy. If we don't follow the guidelines of the HW they consider it insurance fraud. We gave you an estimate which you declined but we did not scam you. We hope you addressed your concerns."
"Dear Angie's List Member, We are glad to hear that you were satisfied with the work we completed. When you called us, you said you were referred by another person. A few days after the job was completed, you called the office to ask for the discount. If we knew you were a member when you initially called us we would have explained that sewer lining is not eligible for the discount before we started your job. Our advertisement was done before we had the equipment and training for sewer lining. We are sorry for the confusion."
