The Project went very well, the sink area was entirely upgraded and made more useful with the added "Spayer" and Filtered Water Spigot. Replacing existing features that are 30+ years old can be a challenge. That is why I have faith in Shelton's skilled Techs to handle that problem. John Shelton provides valuable advise - and an excellent service. Shelton Plumbing has solved several problems the past couple years. And as plumbing in older houses go - there will other opportunities in the future.

Jake and Caleb were wonderful! I explained the problem and what I had tried to remedy it. They checked and rechecked everything. They never made me feel stupid or paranoid, something so appreciated. Also appreciated was the way they were very conscientious and made sure to wear their shoe coverings every time they came inside. Calling a plumber is, for me, scary, because something bad is/was happening that could get ugly/gross/destructive and expensive. I have used Shelton Plumbing in the past (although this was my first time with Jake and Caleb) and they always go above and beyond. They have a kindness across the staff that is rare to find these days.

Left email regarding problem and Sarah took the time to call me on New Year's day to schedule appointment. Jake and Dylan were there first thing on January 2nd and fixed the problem. They were professional, polite, ensured floor was covered to protect and in general could not ask for a better experience. This the second time Shelton has served us and I could not recommend them more highly.

The plumbing tech did an excellent job of installation. Best of all was their professionalism to evaluate problems area - like high water pressure on the incoming water line. The remedy was to install a pressure reducer to protect the new Hot Water Tank. Mr. Shelton did an excellent job of estimating and giving suggestions to solve our mini-powder room problem. The result was a very functional bathroom now. Took this opportunity to solve these plumbing problems and very satisfied. Would strongly recommend contacting Shelton Plumbing to help resolve a problem.

I thought that there was a water pressure problem in the house but Jake from Shelton Plumbing figured out that there were 3 different issues and that the water pressure was fine. He was prompt for both appointments and very capable in his work. I was able to get next day appointments for both visits. Sarah in the office schedules the next day mid-afternoon.

Service was scheduled for the day after our initial call. The young guys who completed the repair arrived exactly on time, were professional, pleasant and efficient in their work. They completed the work without complication and were on to their next assignment in just about an hour. YAY! They turned a problem into a good service experience. They will be my first call for any future plumbing issues in our home.

Great. They contacted me within an hour or two, came out the next morning, and did a great job removing everything and reconnecting the remaining pipes. We needed this done ASAP because we discovered water seeping into that area of the basement, and needed to clean mold off of the walls, which the materials were blocking access to.

Shelton Plumbing was very responsive to not only the initial call but to all other calls throughout the time of the work being done. Even received a follow-up call from them wanting to know how the replaced drains were working. Received a response to the first phone call within the same day. John and a 2-man crew were very thorough using a drain camera in diagnosing the problems of both our outside drains. He proposed a plan for replacement and quoted a cost. His plan would not interfere with a fence in our backyard. Another service proposed taking part of the fence down and other reconstruction in that corner of our backyard. John's plan did not involve taking down the fence and other backyard disruption, and the cost was less. John took care of calling the "1-800-dig" service to have all our underground lines marked. The crew came to do the job within a couple of days of our agreement. On the designated day the 4-man crew arrived at the agreed time and got to work immediately. Hand digging, done by 2 men, was needed for about 1/3 of the entire job, to avoid damage to underground lines. A trench digging machine was used by 2 other men for the remainder of the job. The men were well coordinated in completing the work on our drains from both sides of our home. The 2 outside drains (at least 60 feet each) from house to end of backyard were dug up, replaced and trenches refilled all in one 8-hour work day. This even included the spreading of fertilizer and seed across dug-up areas. All the men on the crew were courteous, personable and professional. We would definitely hire Shelton Plumbing for any problem within their domain. Thank You John and crew for a job well done!

Shelton Plumbing returned my call within hours and scheduled time for the following day at 8:30 am. Aaron and Jake arrived on time, assessed the leak and provided an estimate. The cost was very reasonable. they repaired the leak, and cleaned the area thoroughly. Would recommend!!!

Got a call they were ahead of schedule. Shelton pluming showed up early after calling to make sure it was okay to do so. Both plumbers were very polite and friendly. Did a excellent job. Toilet looks fantastic and they cleaned everything up and were done in about 1.5 hours.
