He installed all new lights along the walkway, removed an outlet that was of no use and re-wired the entire front of the house including wall flood lights. Mike had to dig up flower beds etc. to accomplish his work and when he left you would not know he was ever there. He cleaned up the walkways and removed all trash. He kept in touch with me regarding progress. I have used them several times for non electrical issues also. Their communications system is top shelf. "Two technicians arrived promptly and immediately started the analysis to determine what the problem(s) was. They determined, first, that the outside fan motor had failed. They obtained a replacement motor, installed it, and further determined there is an apparent leak in the system. They put refrigerant into the unit to bring it up to required operating parameters. They were willing to pressure-check the system to find the leak, however, I told them to wait. The unit has a history of a slow leak. Three previous leak tests by the original installer of the unit failed to find it. I prefer to wait until milder weather arrives to get still another leak test performed. These technicians were capable, courteous and fast. They did the work in less than 4 hours which included a 30-mile round trip to get the replacement motor, All of this was done in 14 degree F weather."

"From the moment we asked Juan to come and give us an estimate, he and his entire crew were nothing but professional, punctual, and did an incredible job.  When we first called him to come give us an estimate, it was later in the day, (5:00ish) but he still answered the phone and came over the next day (Tuesday).  I noticed the courteousness he showed when he took his shoes off until we were ready for the basement, and when he took them off again when we got upstairs from the basement in order to minimize the dust and dirt.  He quoted us a price we felt was fair and asked when they could start, and he told us Thursday of that week!  

He sent two gentleman over, both equally nice and professional in their job.  They finished the initial dry wall installation on Thursday, and the person handling the mudding came the next morning.  He did a great job, got it done in one day but they were unsure whether the final sanding would be Saturday or the next week.  Juan shot me a text message that night that as long as the mud was dry, they would be over the next day, which they were.  Sanding was completed in half a day, and Juan and I went around and he touched up a few areas with mud that had been over sanded.

During the entire job, they laid tarps on the floor between the outside and the basement as well as the stairs to go up to the master bath so to minimize the dirt and debris they left behind.  When they were finished, they cleaned with the dry vac and a damp mop on the floors.  For the price we paid, we are incredibly happy with the quality of the work, how personable Juan is, and the professionalism of the entire crew.  If we ever have any other painting or dry wall projects that need to be completed, they will be our first call for sure.
