When Zach came to my house he was clear about the difference and how he would approach each area. He told me what gets moved and how they handle closets and other places hard to reach places. The day of the cleaning Ed and Zach were prompt and thorough with their service. The cleaning went smoothly and the carpets came out great. They even cleaned an old upholstered chair of my mom’s that I love and it looks better than ever! My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of the service and the price.
