"Very well! The project exceeded our expectations. Tim was onsite almost every day to communicate the progress and stayed available for questions when they arose. We threw a curveball at him towards the end of the project (added some stair lights ) and it was handled perfectly! "They did a great job, professional, and thorough. A team of 5 people worked very hard for 2 solid days. Nice crew too. Planning to hire them to do additional work for me, specifically planting new plants in one of the areas that had been overgrown and full of weeds that I had them clear out. I will work with the owner, Ellen, to design the area with plants I will love. Landscaping work is not cheap but Ellen gave me costs up front so I knew ahead of time ballpark of the expense and I was not surprised by the invoice. show more

"Fantastic work by John and his crew! We hired Plymouth Nursery and Landscape Co. after seeking out multiple companies for our property needs. John's extensive knowledge, expertise and overall passion for plants made me feel like we were in very good hands. The entire process was thorough and yet allowed for additional improvising depending on our needs. Lots of credit to the crew, who worked in challenging weather conditions and handled the stone work, landscaping, lighting and irrigation systems with patience and skill. I appreciated having a detailed layout of our plans so we had a clear understanding of the project and all the materials/plants being used. I was able to give John a vision and he brought everything to life in a way I could have never imagined. I will admit that this project was quite expensive and we also added on to our initial bill. "Starting with the first consultation for design, Matt was extremely professional and knowledgable in providing concepts that worked for both me and my wife. During the backyard construction, Matt and Team worked diligently to complete the project on time all while taking into consideration of our neighbors. "Pruning and weeding was well done and efficient. Tree removal was not as smooth. During initial consultation we discussed removal and stump grinding however upon removal day JB did not intend to remove stump. They did partially make it right by sending out the stump grinder later that day but left the yard a complete mess. It wouldn't have been so bad if the grinder didn't compact down all of the grindings. my intent was to plant grass but now i need some else to clean out the mess. show more
