Really had to work hard at accessing the tub plumbing (I live in a small condo) and cutting away the corroded metal 1970s pipes. Never thought I'd be so glad to see plastic! When he discovered rust around the tub drain, he suggested some ways I could save $$ (rather than replacing the entire tub, which would also require replacing shower tiles too). "Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours.
