"Our central air stopped working mid-Summer 2018, at the time, strapped for money and in need of a simple fix, Nelson stopped over and offered a ($300) stopgap solution to our 18 year old HVAC system. At the time he examined the system in its entirety and let us know that if was only a matter of time and to start thinking about making the investment toward a system replacement. FFWD to today, we hired Nelson and his team in Spring 2019 to replace our entire central air system. Nelson provided several options, as well an in-depth description of each. Ultimately we decided, while fairly expensive, to go with a higher rated system that would provide our family with a reliable system for many years. Nelson clearly understands the financial commitment that homeowners are making when confronted with these HVAC decisions, so he and his team go above and beyond to make sure the customer is in the know, and that the job is done right.
