Joe W. was very knowledgeable, prompt, professional and honest. I got the distinct impression that he was not trying to up-sell us into something we didn't need just to make some extra money. Workmanship appears to be top-notch and the improvement in our water quality was immediate and very noticeable. Customer service after the install was outstanding as well - I called with some follow up questions a week later and he called me right back in less than 10 minutes (couldn't answer right when I called because he was in the middle of another install job). I would trust him to do work inside my house as he seems extremely honest and reputable. Price is good and being able to support a small, local, family-owned business is huge bonus for us too. Look no further - this is your guy for water quality issues and fantastic service.

Unfortunately, he had to cancel the original scheduled installation date due to family emergency which he did let us know well ahead of time. He even adjusted his schedule in following days to accommodate water softener system installation at my house to make sure its not delayed any further. Joe was so kind from the start. He was able to come out quickly to evaluate if our previous water softener was able to be repaired or replaced. We had gotten quotes from 5 companies and Joes pricing was the most reasonable for the equipment and quality of work. Once we decided to go with Haven H2O they were able to fit us into their schedule within a week. We havenâ t needed to call for concerns but Joe let us know we could reach out anytime for concerns. Not that I look forward to any future plumbing problems, but if they do arise itâ s comforting knowing there is a knowledgeable and reasonably priced professional nearby.
