"One of my home's bedrooms was showing mold on the ceiling and also in that room's closet.That closet also contains the entrance to the attic. My home is one story. I phoned MoldMedics (MM) and spoke with Thad. Thad came to my home the next day and inspected both the moldy bedroom and also other parts of the house, looking for mold that I might have overlooked. He told me what was causing the mold and he suggested what could be done in the future to prevent another mold outbreak. Thad quoted a fair price ($845 + tax) to fix the problem, and I accepted. Five days later Matt from MM came to my house and spent about 5 hours fixing the problem. Matt did an awesomely good job, including cleanup. Matt was very generous with his time spent answering my many questions, and he offered suggestions.Matt also gave my bathroom a quick chemical fogging, even though it was not on the original to-do list, thus it was a freebie. I am very satisfied with MM's fast response to my problem,their quality of work, and the fact that both Thad and Matt so patiently answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. "I got halfway through a job installing my own Google Nest Thermostat when I hit a snag with it not getting power. I checked every option the internet could tell me and luckily I was able to find Jack and Phillips Heating & Air Conditioning. Jack swung by and helped me troubleshoot the issue, noting things to remember (for me a first time homeowner) and things that may not have been done "normally" like wire colors and where they go to. Overall it took us about an hour of working through the issue, but we found that I... genius that I am... didn't shut off the HVAC directly so I blew a fuse while installing the unit. One quick fuse exchange later, I am up and running and will be bragging to my loved ones how I (me myself, with no help of anyone else) installed the Nest unit all on my own. "Job Overview: Installed AC unit in house attic to cool the upstairs unit (2nd floor) of a duplex. Overall Feedback: This is the second time I have used Wade Heating and Cooling and will continue to use them in the future. Felt like they treated me as part of the “Wade” family. Felt very comfortable with the process from beginning to end which was awesome since this being such a large financial investment. Crew Feedback: If you get the opportunity to choose your crew I would highly recommend Brian and Russ as installers for the job. This is the second time I had Brian as the main installer and he is absolutely terrific. Very detailed and takes the time to walk you through what they are planning to do to ensure you are comfortable and then execute based on your preferences (if they might be slightly different). This was my first time with Russ but he was very professional as well and thought he did a great job as well. Product Feedback: Wade is a “certified installer” of Carrier product and although more expensive than getting a Rheem/Rhud system I have enjoyed the quality and conditioning power of a Carrier system.show more

"It went well. I had initiated a DIY job and did not feel comfortable about completing a gas-line installation for a new gas range. The company owner came to my house to review the job and he confirm they had someone experienced with that. we set a tentative date. Within a few days, he contacted me and we set a date. His technician contacted me as they were on their way and we went over what I had already completed. They made a few changes and completed the work. They tested for leaks after returning gas to the line and there were none. We went to the new range and lit all the burners, they set it in place and it was done all for a very reasonable price. Job well done and I would use them again if needed. I do not leave reviews until after several weeks. I have a gas tester and after 6+ weeks all is good.show more
