New Look repaired my roof structure and replaced the entire roof, as well as repairing damaged siding and gutters following storm damage to my house. The quality of work was excellent and they were very helpful with navigating the process with my homeowners insurance as well.

Had 3 sections of damaged fascia replaced last week. From the beginning New Look Exteriors stood out. Quick response, honest at the inspection and price was very competitive. Took a little while to get work done due to recent storms. Crew that came were polite and professional. Can barely tell the difference between old and new fascia and left no mess at all. Would highly recommend!

The project with New Look Home Exteriors was very easy. They did everything I asked and were able to keep me informed if any issues came up. The install came out great and updated out homes look.

A few months ago, I was scrolling here on Angi’s list looking for a reputable company to redo our siding and gutters. New Look was 1 out of roughly 6 companies that we had visit and give us a quote. From the initial scheduling with Celeste, to designing with Zack and Josh - I felt that they truly cared for both our time and our home instead of treating us like just another project. When other companies were suggesting over the top upgrades, Zack and Josh were the only ones to actually hear my ideas out and give me personalized feedback. New Look was amazing! We initially met Jason at the Pittsburgh Home Renovation fair. He came to our home to provide a quote and show us options and we couldn’t have been happier. He even located the exact match to the siding that had been completed on a newer section of our house. Jason was very kind and extremely patient as I labored over color choices. Once we settled on a selection, the installation team came and did a fabulous job! Everything was clean-lined, well appointed and thorough. I am SO happy with our new siding!- I make sure I show it off to all of our visiting guests and family! Couldn’t be happier!- communication, expertise, good work. New Look was the complete package.

We investigated 4 companies of interest to do our steep multi-valleyed roof in standing seam metal. New Look won our vote. Such a project posed anxieties and concerns. Many were alleviated before or as I posed the concern. Jake did a wonderful job quickly following up on any little questions or concerns. The labor crew was excellent. They were a wonder to observe : efficient, clean, mannerly. Extra to the roof project was a custom built top chimney cage and a problematic gutter and downspout section. We were very pleased with the company's handling of incidentals.

Fantastic service. We had a small house fire and had to have some siding replaced. I had 3 quotes given to me that day and clearly one stood out. New Look Exteriors went above and beyond to give me an honest and thorough assessment of my damage BEFORE even talking any numbers. They took the time to even get on my roof to see if there was any damage up there, fortunately there wasn’t. It showed me that they truly care about their work and will stand behind it. I chose them to complete my repair and within a matter of days it was done and looks fantastic! Everywhere else said they could not find the matching siding and we might have to get the whole houses siding replaced to match. New Look found it the same day and had it ordered with no problems. I will 100% recommend this company to complete any exterior home repairs and will look to then in the future for any needs i may have.

I recently had my siding, gutters, and windows replaced by New Look Exteriors, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! We had them cap windows that were previously installed. The workers did a fantastic job and completed the work (14 windows) in 1 day.

New Look got my business by doing what I expected, and then going above and beyond. Specifically, if you are looking to get roof work done, and you want to get a couple of quotes, then you should expect - even from highly rated organizations - to call far more roofers than the number of quotes that you actually want. Many won't get back to you, and the ones that do will likely try to give you a quote based on a verbal description, or at best an inspection based on Google Earth photos. If you don't have an easily accessible roof (my case) then don't expect people to come to your house and go up there. This is disappointing, but where New Look sets itself apart. I was looking for a smaller job, and an overall roof evaluation & estimate. My sales rep showed up on time and did a drone-based inspection of my roof, taking pictures (which were provided to me) to justify their evaluation and small job estimate. They also did the math to figure out the overall square footage of the roof for an overall estimate. They also agreed to come back out and do a physical examination of the roof, which they did within a week. Finally for the small job that I decided to go forward with, they were able to make small modifications based on observations I made, and did a few minor things like resealing some skylights at no cost. Really, it was what I expected and hoped for from a contractor that wants my business. Sad to say, they were the only ones to meet that level of service prior to the job. Then, when the job was executed, they went above & beyond by arranging the work crew around my schedule, taking pictures throughout, and crawling through my narrow attic space to insure that the modifications were made in the right locations. The pictures were again provided to me for my records, and it was clear that they are very interested in providing future services, when I choose to get my roof done. I really appreciated their customer support. Nothing is perfect though, and I should call out the following minor issues just to set expectations and ground this review in reality: - The pictures were provided to me at my request, rather than as part of the standard process - It took several attempts to get the work scheduled, once we agreed on the scope of the work and the price - contract was signed - When the job was completed, the crew left without confirming the work or collecting payment. This was later explained as part of the process, but in the moment it was a surprised. Overall, I would say that the customer service was very good, if not perfect, and I am happy with the quality of the work. I expect to strongly consider their services in the future.

New Look Exteriors provided fast, quality service, for a great price. They replaced damaged siding above my garage with the original manufacturer's siding. It was exactly the right color and type. NLE sales' representative, Z., was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified what needed to be done had a proposal to me quickly. The inside staff NLE, C., knew my name and made sure I knew what was next in the project and the timeline. The NLE install crew, led by G., was fast and efficient. Siding looks great. I recommend these guys. (February, 2024).

Fantastic company to work with. I needed some new siding and had been taking many quotes. New Look had the best combination of choice and materials. My wife and I ordered siding with insulation and, even though the timeline was tight, New Look said they'd try to get it installed before the winter. In Mid December, the siding and material arrived. They started tearing the old siding off the house on Monday morning and had framed my doors and windows, repaired some walls that needed work, and finished installing the siding by the end of Wednesday. New Look did a ton of work in a 3 day timespan.

New Look Exterior was able to replace my roof in a timely, professional manner at an affordable cost. I thought this project would be stressful, but New Look Exteriors made it an absolute breeze for me. They were punctual for every meeting and they were able to answer any question I had for them. Their answers were also in terms that I was able to understand. I will be coming to New Look Exteriors for future project.
