"We would like to clarify Mrs Stoners allegations of the move we did a month ago. The client rescheduled last minute stating that her buyer/seller breeched their contract. We did rescheduled her move with out issue. At booking the arrival time and contract we’re explained to her. They day of the move she sent us a text stating she was supposed to be out of her home by 10:30 am. That is impossible as she was 2 hrs away and her move took 7 hrs. We arrived at 12:15 which was 45 minutes within our window. When we arrived the new owner was moving in as we were moving the client out, this is something we never do as it causes confusion and liability; we were not told that this would be occurring. Also upon our arrival there was an additional 26ft truck 1/4 loaded by the clients, which we had to fix as it was falling over and not suitable for travel. The entire move was different then what was explained to us at booking. We brought 1 26ft truck that was contracted 3 movers plus one free mover. We ended up loading 2 26 ft trucks and an additional 15ft truck her realtor had to get to remove the clients belongings from the garage. This was demanded by the new owner. We originally were told by the client to leave it in the garage, the 15 ft truck was not unloaded by us as it was not at the unload. The clients left to go to their closing, And never came back during the loading. We also were not aware until that day that we couldn’t unload until after 3pm. The client was asked to sign the contract 3 times and didn’t until we stated we can’t work further without signature. Upon delivery we were told to put everything in garage, when it was full the client started then to tell movers take things and place them where she wanted them. Neither client were in agreement about where things were to be placed which then made us have to move thing’s multiple times. Movers said both clients were indecisive all day. No damages were ever reported to us by the clients, also we cannot be responsible for items we did not pack or move. After both 26ft trucks were unloaded the husband told us we were done. The movers left, the wife called and complained they left without notice and they were not done. We sent them back immediately, upon the arrival she walked out and started yelling at them and then told them to leave while laughing at them. We called to finalize the bill and again no damages were reported. We stand by our service, we provided and additional mover for free ($350.00), no charge for loading 2 additional trucks ($300.00), realtor expressed her discontent with the client to us multiple times and thanked us for loading the additional truck for her. We are sorry the client is unhappy with what we provided however it was a very unorganized move that we arrived to. We immediately made our review of the client on Angie as it was a very stressful for our movers and the clients were difficult. We gave them excellent service for what we walked into and gave away over $600.00 worth of work and fees."
