Justin from Kristian Air installed my Train AC unit. 15 months later had a no cooling problem. To fix this problem, he installed a coil the same expansion valve 4 times and he replaced the compressor twice. The unit is still not working he will not come out and look at it. Parts were covered by warranty he charged me $1300 for the first coil and expansion valve which didn’t fix the problem he did not charge labor for the 2 compressors or the 3 extra expansion valves. I am still having problems with the unit.

My A/C was not cooling my home. Justin came out and checked the unit and found it be ok, but cleaned it and made some adjustments. He said to call back if the problem was not solved and he would have to go under the house and check the duct work. The problem was not solved so I called him back on Friday evening. He said that he would call me back on Monday morning and let me know when he could return. He didn't call back on Monday morning, so I called him in the afternoon. He said he would call me back shortly, but he didn't. I called two additional times and left messages on his voice mail. No call back. It was apparent that he was not going to call and didn't want the job. He has not called back and it is now 5 days later. I have arranged for another company to do the work.

Outstanding! Justin arrived on time was very professional. Installed thermostat, checked unit inside and out answered all my questions. I highly recommend him and will use them in the future.

Kristian Air repaired our return vent ducting and water drain lines off the air handler in a timely manner.  Left the place clean after he was finished with the job.  The tech, Justin, even went beyond the call of duty by helping me pump air into my wife's SUV.  He dropped everything he was doing and took out his nitrogen tank to make the job a lot faster.  After the job was finished, he handed me his company's quote to replace the whole AC system if they were to do the job but recommended that we wait until there really was a major problem.  It's nice to find an honest HVAC company that's not out to push new installations every time you call them for service.  I highly recommend Kristian Air for anyone looking to have their "Old" system repaired or replaced.  

We have not had a service yet, but we have had them before and are very pleased with them. The estimate was free. He is very honest and very reasonable. He came right out.

Any work that was ever done by them has always been excellent. I am planning to use them this month to replace an air exchanger in my new home.
