The two technicians were very friendly, very efficient, and very knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable and the cleaning was much better than the high-priced companies.

The technicians arrived in a timely manner and went efficiently about their work. There was a slight issue with removal and replacing registers. There was an incident with making a hole in the adjacent wall next to a register.

Very well. Punctual and professional. Got right to work and had no issue with removing the latticework on the side of my desk to get underneath and clean the lint out of my dryer vent which snakes around my basement.

Good work but cost added up quickly because of size of house and number of vents. Also significant charge for cleaning furnace blower and coils

We're moving into a new house and after the previous owners moved out we realized the carpets were really dirty. I called Sears and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule. The team didn't a great job getting the carpets cleaned.

They were not very professional. I think they came later than they said they would. When they left, they said it would be dry in 24 hours. So I had to walk on it, and I had my socks on, and it sopped my socks wet. So it took a good long while, probably three days for it to dry. No fans, because they told us it was going to be dry in 24 hours. It was after we moved in, so we wanted all the carpets to be cleaned. It was a deal. It was not special pricing, but they still have deals like that on Angie’s List. That’s where I found them. I found them on Angie’s List. I would never use them again, ever. I do not know what this wetness, I’m sorry. I just did not care for their attitude. We had also checked with the realtor. She had used Sears on some of her homes that she was showing. She was very pleased with the job. So, it may have been this one person. We had to wait a long time. They were here on time, well, I don’t know if they were here on time. Maybe I am just coloring everything brighter. It was a while ago, so I think they were late. Never, never, use them again, which is a shame because we had used Sears when we lived in Michigan, all the time. It was two workers, but it was the main guy who was wielding the actual carpet cleaner.

They were a good company and they were in and out really quick.

Were able to schedule appointment quickly, came on time, worked efficiently, gave helpful warnings about vents that had been painted over and might chip when removed for cleaning and were able to skip ones that I did not want to take that risk on. Yes, they're more expensive than the deals you see for cleaning, but all costs are listed from the start and there are no surprises in them completing a thorough cleaning.

It was a freebie. It cost my $31 because I had a freebie thing. Their normal prices are not bad at all. They explained what they were going to do very well. The carpets looked wonderful afterwards. They actually took photographs of before and after. It was almost embarassing of how dirty the carpets were before. I felt they were very good.

It was fabulous! Wonderful! I plan to use them again.

After receiving two bids that were totally out of our price range, we called Sears Air Duct Cleaning in Sharpsburg. Their quote was less than half the rate of the others, but we were told they would inspect some potential add-ons when they arrived that could add to the cost, items that had been included in the previous two bids. They offered to come out that same day. When Adam and Zach arrived, they performed an inspection and told us we didn't need any of the extras. We had missed three ducts that should have raised the price, but they told us they would include them. It was a cold day, and they kept the front and garage doors closed to the extent possible. They worked rapidly and professionally, explained everything they had done, thoroughly cleaned up when they were done, and told us we were good for a minimum three years. We could not be more pleased with their work, professionalism, friendliness, and the value of the work performed. Bravo!

It seems they did it very quickly so I kind of questioned how clean it was. It was a good price, a special they were running. I thought they were in too big of a rush. I scheduled online and they came when they were suppose to
