He knew immediately what was wrong with our garbage disposal and fixed it within a few minutes. I originally asked for a free quote, so I was taken off guard when he wanted the $45 for coming out. Had to go to the ATM to get cash. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend Billy for any work that needs to be done. Very friendly and knowledgable. Also, he is very inexpensive. We thought we'd have to replace the disposal, and he said that we could pick one up for $100, and he would charge $85 to install it if need be in the future. Quite a drop in price, as we thought it'd cost about $300 for the project."

The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."
