Just showed up to do the job. Stated he must have left a message at the wrong phone number. Shocked that to replace a fan in the bathroom would cost $300. Had to do it as sold the house and closing is Aug 2

Mr. Rosenberry returned my call right away and his Dad came early the next day. My only complaint is I am used to paying for services as soon as the job is finished. I was emailed an invoice which I did not like. He charged $48 an hour plus a $75 service charge.

"This reply is to simply explain things from a contractors point of view. I need to pay my technicians from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM so travel time is billable time. Also I paid Home Advisor $53.91 for this lead so when you factor all that in, I made very little money on this call. Our hourly rate is $48, not $144. A service charge simply helps with overhead.We try to supply good service and fair prices to acquire repeat customers."

Very positive. Darwin and his apprentice arrived and determined our situation was deemed an emergency. He was originally scheduled for another project the same morning he came to our home. Darwin coordinated with Penelec (First Energy), and the electrical inspector to ensure that we had "piece of mind" with the electrical situation at our residence. Would definitely recommend this company.
