Electrical Switches, Outlets & Fixtures Install or Repair
Rittner’s Electric has been our go-to for many years at first upgrading and problem solving, safety checking our old electrical system in our home. Then in 2010 when we built a new garage and studio space above we called David to do all the ekectrical on the project. In 2023 we did a large renovation project to our house and wouldnt have called anyone else. David at Rittner’s has always been super professional, knowledgeable and careful about his work and we couldnt be happier on all projects large and small. We highly recommend!

Great! David was on time (actually a little early), clean, efficient, and friendly. It was a pleasure to have him working around the house. We had four separate, relatively small projects. We were pleased with how all of them turned out and felt his pricing was very reasonable. He explained everything very well, as he was doing the work.

Rittner’s Electric was able to move our project up in the schedule timeframe. Dave is a polite professional, coming into our home knowing the standards for an electric fireplace and what work was needed. His work was impeccable and even swept up the dust from the installation of a new electrical box and dedicated circuit. We would not hesitate to use his services in the future. It went very well. In recently moving into our new home, we realized there were some questionable ways outlets and switches were setup. During the long day of locating wiring and rewiring, every piece was explained in detail for me to understand along with options to correct issue. By the end of the day, we now have overhead lighting in 4 rooms with fan switches at the wall with always on outlets. Would recommend and plan to use again in the near future...

This is the second time I have used David and he is phenomenal. He does excellent work and it shows. He is super busy every day and doesn't get a chance to return calls usually till the evening. This is a good thing! A busy tradesman is an excellent tradesman. His work is impeccable and when complete, he cleans up everything! He is a top-notch tradesman, professional, and human being. Will utilize him in the future for some lighting and other switch replacements.

I recently bought a house that had knob and tube wiring throughout. Rittner's Electric did the re-wiring. I highly recommend Dave Rittner and Rittner's Electric for your electric contractor and I would/will be using for my future electric work. A total house rewiring is not a one day job...it's a multiple week job. From the initial estimate thru all the work and up to the final inspection Dave was the total professional. Dave's pricing and estimates were fair and spot on, as was the amount of time needed to finish the project. I work out of my house and Dave's communication as to what he was planning on working for each particular day made it easy to plan out what/where I could work. Bottom line, if you need an electrician might as well get a top notch, professional and experienced one so, just call Dave Rittner.

We hired Rittner Electric after he came highly recommended by friends. We needed two ceiling boxes installed to hang two large chandeliers. Dave’s work was fabulous! He installed the chandeliers with dimmers and new switch plates. No mess, no fuss. These were crystal chandeliers and Dave took his time to patiently unwrap and hang the crystals. I can’t praise his work enough. If you are in need of similar work, Rittner’s Electric is your best choice.

This wasn't the first time I had David Rittner do some electrical work at my home. He definitely had his work cut out for him because I have an older home and previous to my ownership, someone had really messed up the electrical work and things were also outdated. However, David is very knowledgeable and has a relaxed demeanor, which made me confident with his work. I know that he has made my home much safer. He completed everything in a timely and professional manner. After discussing the work with other electrical professionals, I've found that his pricing is very reasonable and he never suggests doing any unnecessary things. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again! More recently, he completed the following work... - Replaced/Updated two large panel boxes and labeled all breakers - Installed five electric baseboard heaters - Replaced eight thermostats - Replaced old electrical outlets and upgraded them to GFI, if needed. - Ran new wiring to repair a previously non-functioning light switch - Installed three wall sconces

I had some recessed LED lights installed in my living room in two sections, a main room set and a pathway set on two separate dimmer switches. I was able to get an estimate and work scheduled and completed within a few weeks. Dave was knowledgeable and professional and provided me with a number of different configuration options to pick from and was able to explain the benefits and drawbacks of each. I also had a few issues with some existing smaller electrical jobs that he took care of for me while he was there. I would definitely contact him again for any electrical work I need done in the future

Dave and his team have been responsive, professional, and solved some interesting DIY snafus from the previous homeowner. We had them upgrade recessed lights in the kitchen, add an improved dimmer switch, add LED panel lights in a couple of rooms, reroute/rewire a switch, plus the troubleshooting/diagnosing of some issues they were not up to code. This is the second time we’ve relied on Dave and his team. Highly recommend.

I had several contractors provide an estimate but was tremendously pleased that David called me and showed up quickly to provide his. David explained that he specialized with installing LED lights without the need for removing dry wall. It is rare for me to leave feedback, but I wanted the world to know what a great job David performed. He is truly a craftsman! The lights look amazing, work site was perfectly organized and clean. David made sure all measurements were done correctly and made sure I was ok with each step of the process. The cost for his work was extremely reasonable. I hope to have him back again to complete some additional projects. Thanks David! JOB WELL DONE!
