Now he ignores our calls/texts. He promised to fixed it for months now. We paid around $18,000 for a deck that falls apart when the wind blows."

Poor planning also left us with a smaller bathroom than before, despite our request for a larger one. They repeatedly ordered the wrong items and acted as if we wouldn?t notice when trying to install them. We had to inspect their painting because they left unfinished areas and paint runs. The ceiling fan was never installed?we had to do it ourselves. The project manager, who promised oversight, was rarely present. Combined with repeated errors and overcharging, it was a frustrating experience. Too many issues to list. I do not recommend this company."
