"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

"Patrick phoned in answer to my search for someone to repair my pellet stove. Our initial phone call was great! Patrick has a level of professionalism mixed with honest empathy. He was knowledgeable on the subject of pellet stoves and patient with the ramblings of a newly widowed person whom had been let down by many repair people recently. When he arrived-he went over my stove with a fine tooth comb and found the problem. He showed me what he had done to find the issue and explained how he was going to repair it. He made sure I understood. He has to order parts but will return to finish repairs. Patrick and I will have an ongoing working relationship over this stove. I would recommend Patrick to anyone needing competent and caring service. He knows his stoves!"

"Truly is a quality company. Replaced our storm damaged roof and installed upgraded gutters and downspouts. The crew were so efficient and the cleanup of our yard was so good would not know such extensive work had been completed. New roof looks so good. Was a small issue with a couple of the new downspouts and the owner Jason personally came out and completely resolved the situation without any fuss. Would highly recommend Evans Quality Roofing."

"Called Seigmans Forced Air and explained that my regular HVAC company would not return my calls and my A/C was now down for three days. Seigman's sent a technician (Chris) within 4 hours. He diagnosed the problem and found that the fan motor in the condenser was bad. They had to order a new one and it arrived two days later. As soon as it arrived at Siegmans the service manager brought it to our house, as Chris was already here disassembling the condenser so the fan motor could be installed. Siegmans was responsive, professional and solved our problem quickly. They were also able to replace the fan motor and a capacitor under the manufacturer's warranty. I highly recommend this company."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
