Shower Installation and Replacement
I was told they do not start a job until they have everything. Not true. The day they arrived they said my shower door was on backorder but should be here in a week. I thought okay it is only a week and I can use a shower curtain. Well here it is a month later and no shower door. I call every week for updates and they still do not have answers for me. Now they are not even returning my calls. Because my shower is so small and the nice shower head I have on I get water all over my floor every time I shower. Had I known this I would have told them to wait till everything was in. I have now reached out to the loan company and If I soon don't get any answers I will dispute this loan.

This is our mandatory, per contract, kitchen review:
-we asked for reface, got talked into a full remodel, which we would not have done if we hadn not been misled about financing
-mislead about how long installation would last; told ?no longer than two weeks, we dont start until we have all of the product in house?; were also told that they do not hire outside contractors- also false
-things were not, in fact, ordered in time (floor), not must wait a week or more for floor to come in and someone to install *leaving us with no kitchen for an extra week and a half when we were promised a week installation ? specifically after being called (early) and being told that the flooring was in, could it be started the next day, contractor shows up, ?uh yeah I dont have all of the flooring and they dont know when it will be in?
-we were not told lead time for granite installation by anyone at time of initial project start, then told we had to wait 3 days for granite to ?cure? and it doesnt LI

I am so happy with my walk-in shower!! I had a huge whirlpool tub removed (circa 1989). Focal Point removed the tub and did the plumbing work. This is important because other companies I spoke to didn't do the plumbing and wanted me to have it done! I'm not going to pay a lot of money for a remodel AND be the project manager too, LOL. My bathroom looks amazing. David and his assistant were amazing! David went over everything that was going to be done and answered my questions along the way. The work took two days as they said it would. The office staff were great too. I want to thank Zach, Evan, Zed, Ginger, Austin and others for being so helpful with working out the schedule with me. Wish I could upload photos. I would work with them again.

Signed order contracts after Easter of 2023 I am writing this review on June 22nd of 2023 and no work has begun, had my daughter call the company because I guess they completely ignore you as a paying customer, she was told work will begin sometime after July 4th, so much for 4 to 6 weeks waiting period, did I mention that I am a Double amputee and need the bathrooms completed , if they even show up to, the bathrooms better be spectacular

Very slow completion. It took more than two weeks to complete a new shower install. The shower materials were ordered but they were delivered and we?re not the correct items. The company personnel were friendly and helpful, but it took far too long to complete a 5 x 7 foot bath.

Matt Roher did an awesome job on our walk in aqua therapy tub. From start to finish he was so meticulous about every little detail. And made the process so exciting for me. My family could not believe how careful he was with every part of my home. He made sure nothing had anything left to clean up. It was cleaner than when he started. If I could I would have given him a million stars. Because he definitely deserves a million.

We had a "Jetted Tub" removed and a Walk-in Shower, Linen Closet, Flour, Medicine Cabinet, and Vanity Top installed. We found the products offered by Focal Point (Bath Planet) to be of a higher quality than that proposed by competitors. All the Focal People that we worked with (Tim, Zeb, Chad, and Ray) were knowledgable, attentive, punctual, and caring. Chad was an EXCELLENT lead installed; we were so accustomed to his presence that we felt like one of the kids was leaving home when our project was over. We are glad we picked Focal Point Remodeling for our Bathroom Remodel

Grayson tackled a difficult project . In a house built in the 1880's every thing is difficult. The building standards of the day were not standardized. He tackled one problem after another . He was efficient and remarkable polite . This install required a significant amount of prep work. The end product is a modern shower with shelves and a seat. I am delighted with the results . Thanks to all involved

Randi and Troy were very reliable, explained everything and were in constant contact with us. They were neat, clean and when a problem arose they were able to solve it easily and professionally. The work was completed to our satisfaction and the quality of the vanity, tub and shower is what I had hoped it would be. I would highly recommend Focal Point for remodeling and would definitely use then again.

Look I would love to give it 5 stars. My kitchen is beautiful! However, the company they use to help finance is crap. We have no way of setting up payments because their website is always down. We looked up reviews on Service Financial and they are horrid! So by all means use Focal Point they do beautiful work but make sure you have the funds to pay for it outright. Do not make the same mistake we did!
