After what he explained to me what I had to spend on fixing certain wires, etc. in it, it would be about the same price as a new air conditioner. I chose a new air conditioner.Travis was the best! He listened and explained everything that needed to be done. He also listened to my needs. Thank you Travis, great job!"

"I just had a technician come out to see about my issue with the furnace condensation pump. He was more of a salesman than a professional, instantly launching into "year-round care plans" and trying to sell me me a new pump before even checking the functionality of the old one. So much hemming and hawing over trying to find out the age of my furnace, presumably so he could try and sell me a new one. Then, he comes at me with the price: New pump plus rerouting the frozen discharge line to the washer discharge? $650. This is obviously not even close to the true price. When I told him not to try high-balling me, he asked "How much, then? Give me a number." No. Unacceptable. Do your job, charge a reasonable price, and everyone is happy. This is no way to run a business ethically. Don't work with Desmond H&C. Don't encourage this kind of salesy repair work or this sort of attitude. They might fix your problem, but they're going to try and upsell you at every turn and treat you like an idiot"

"I have had my system for over 2 years and my main biggest hearing unit has never worked correctly. Prime installed this unit and has tried to bandaid this for 2 years. A couple months ago I was told where prime installed the unit at was causing the problem and I could pay extra money to have it moved due to there installation error. I want happy about that and voiced that through a message. 2 months later and prime has yet to fix our even reach out about this issue. This is poor customer service and for a problem that has existed since install. I also pay for the monthly service and extended warranty, still no fix. "

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
