"We have double checked our records, due to the b rating and the statement that we would not be hired again. We have never provided any services for this residence or this customer. The review was also done on May 18th 2016 and states the work performed was done on 10/9/2016. TODAY'S DATE IS 9/3/2016. This is a suspicious review."

Did a terrific job! Took apart our wood stove and gave it a thorough cleaning. Also swept out our flue. Checked out fireplace flue too and said it did not need cleaning this year. We appreciated their honesty and thoroughness.

Showed up on time took great care to protect all my surfaces from ash. Took the time to explain what he was doing step by step and answer all my questions. I don't remember how much I paid but it was very reasonable.

The folks were competent, understood what they were doing and took the time to explain a lot of things as they worked. There was some confusion as they said that they would not use the camera snake to look at the chimney without an additional charge and I was under the impression that the $125 covered this as well as the cleaning, that could have been made more clear over the phone.

"Justin/John" is an absolute professional. He is courteous, friendly, personable, and excellent at what he does.
His is truly last of the great chimney sweeps out there. Hire him with confidence and don't hire the fly-by-night
folks who have special cleaning deals. They will not clean and inspect as well as he does. I have confidence in his work.
