Family owned and operated heating, Air conditioning Service and Installation company. We fabricate all our ductwork in house for impecable quality. We use only quality American made materials. We do not subcontract our work to other companies.
"The technician (Brandon) showed up, I went over what was going on with the unit. Brandon ran a few test and came to the conclusion that it needed a bit of refrigerant in it. With the unit being 18 years old he suggested putting a stop leak in the system as well. We agreed to that . Once Brandon fulled it back up with refrigerant the cold air was coming out of the vents very strong. Overall from the time I spoke with Debbie to make the appointment to the time Brandon finished the job everything went smoothly. Will certainly recommend to others and will use again in the future for any HVAC needs."

"First & last time customer. Our a/c was working, however noticed a small puddle of water at base of furnace. Service tech came & I told him to check out system since summer season near. He hooked up a gauge at outside condenser unit & said we needed some refrigerant (under 1 lb). I asked if would check for leak & he didn’t seem interested, saying unit is 15 years & not unusual to need refrigerate. Never took side access panel of outside unit during the check nor was temp taken of inside air being circulated. For this we were charged over $200!! Paid bill by check & was told copy of work invoice would be emailed. Over a week went by & no email. Called the office & they reconfirmed by email address & said it would be sent. Still never got it & emailed them from their website portal & they have completely ignored us. There are plenty of other HVAC companies in the area that could have provided a more thorough job for less than $200+, unfortunately I called this one."

All this does is push down the clog further down the line and creates another plumbing job weeks later. His solution? Blaming the customer for dropping "crap" into the toilet and getting it re-clogged, give me a break.... He doesn't stand for his crappy work, and tells you to eff off. Even blurted that he didn't have enough line to finish the job, even though I gave him forward warning of the drain length - the even bigger kicker? He's done it the past multiple times. Unfortunately he was once good, but got extremely lazy."
