The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. "Caliber did a wonderful job fixing my ac. He was prompt. He was knowledgeable. He got my ac to work, and his prices were fair. The only reason I didn't give him a perfect 5 stars is because my ac has a leak and we would need to schedule another appt to find and fix the leak. I would have preferred that it was completed at the original appt but as he advised, it would take quite some time to find the leak and he would need more to do a thorough job. I appreciated his honesty. I would definitely recommend Caliber. And I will be calling back if I ever have issues again. I may have found my new hvac guy."
