"Unique is true to their name. What a great company! I needed a new HVAC system. Curt from sales came to my house and did a very thorough evaluation of my existing HVAC system. He painstakingly took pictures of my system, took several measurements, and both asked and answered a myriad of questions in order to ensure I would have the right system installed. In addition, Curt told me to call or text him with any questions. When I did so, he answered me immediately. He provided me with different options to fit my budget, and made sure I was confident in my ultimate purchasing decision. When it was time for the installation to be performed, installers Bruce and Jeff were tops! They did their own evaluation, and made some observations and suggestions that helped my new system function optimally. The only reason I didn't give him a perfect 5 stars is because my ac has a leak and we would need to schedule another appt to find and fix the leak. I would have preferred that it was completed at the original appt but as he advised, it would take quite some time to find the leak and he would need more to do a thorough job.
