From first call after requesting a quote, Ben Knorr walked me through exactly what they would do. He called me from an attic and walked me through their process. Requested for a few photos to be sent over and he was able to get me a quote same day. Contacted on April 30th, installed on May 7th. The guys were all here on time and had the job completed in a few hours. They did not mind me watching, as I told them to me this is real life 'How It's Made' and was really neat to watch them install. Getting a glimpse how these guys worked was just amazing. While they were setting up and I was conversating with the owner, a neighbor driving past saw their trucks and slowed down to tell me I made a good choice and I was in good hands with Hot Knorr Cold. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, and his employees were friendly and thorough.
