"We could not be happier with choosing Unique Indoor Comfort for our new HVAC system. We found this company by being referred by a client of my husbands. The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. The only reason I didn't give him a perfect 5 stars is because my ac has a leak and we would need to schedule another appt to find and fix the leak. I would have preferred that it was completed at the original appt but as he advised, it would take quite some time to find the leak and he would need more to do a thorough job. we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.
