First & last time customer. Our a/c was working, however noticed a small puddle of water at base of furnace. Service tech came & I told him to check out system since summer season near. He hooked up a gauge at outside condenser unit & said we needed some refrigerant (under 1 lb). I asked if would check for leak & he didn’t seem interested, saying unit is 15 years & not unusual to need refrigerate. Never took side access panel of outside unit during the check nor was temp taken of inside air being circulated. For this we were charged over $200!! Paid bill by check & was told copy of work invoice would be emailed. Over a week went by & no email. Called the office & they reconfirmed by email address & said it would be sent. Still never got it & emailed them from their website portal & they have completely ignored us. There are plenty of other HVAC companies in the area that could have provided a more thorough job for less than $200+, unfortunately I called this one.

Karalis Mechanical is an extremely awesome company! I had home inspection discover a problem with my external service wiring. Karalis took a look at it and recommended I call PECO first, who might fix it for free. PECO did in fact fix it for free, Karalis looks out for customer's wallets and puts it reputation ahead of making a quick sale. Will give them any business I can in the future, great company.

He arrived and was at my house less than 20 minutes. He told me I needed a new capacitor, which would be another service call because he didn't have one. He went to my basement and came back up pretty quickly. I said aren't you going to clean it. He said it's clean that it didn't really need it. I get the heater and AC tuned up every season but every company that has come out has cleaned it. I asked if he was going to flush out the tube where the water comes out (not sure if that is the condensate pump) and he said he checked it and its fine.

The tech was very pleasant, efficient and professional. He found a few normal wear & tear parts that needed replacing but did not try to hard sell me at the time. He said they will email me a detailed quote for the items that need attention in the near future.

When my outlet stopped working, I called Karalis Mechanical to come see what the problem was and in no time at all, I had electricity back to that outlet again!! They were fast, efficient and overall great!!

I would highly reccomend this company. They came out multiple times for service on the same day. My options were clearly explained as well as the cost for each upfront so that there were no surprises. I received multiple follow up calls to make sure everything was working properly (it is). I expect to be a customer for many many years.

The technician was professional and friendly. He diagnosed my problem quickly and was able to fix my condenser. He even gave me advice on how to properly maintain the unit and what to look for next time. I would absolutely use this company again.

My experience with Karalis Mechanical was overall a very pleasurable experience. For a good price, I received fast, and efficient service for a problem with my air conditioner that was inconveniencing me. The people on the job had a great understanding of my problem just from my phone call explaining what was going on. When they got to my house (on time), they were professional, kind, and got right to business. The problem was fixed that day, and since then I've been enjoying my cool air without any leaks! My experience with Karalis Mechanical Services LLC was by far the best I've had with heating and A/C. I called in a panic on the morning of August 15 because of my A/C not cooperating. When I called, I spoke to Paul, who was very calm and knowledgeable on the situation. Paul assured me that they would be at my house in Broomall, PA before the end of the day, and that the probably would be fixed and running properly in no time. Paul told me to expect them around 2:30 PM, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the crew show up at 2:15 PM, before the estimated arrival time. Within a short time, Paul had diagnosed my unit as needing a new blower motor. He informed me all about it and how it runs, shortly then after finishing the job and leaving me back in business and cool! Not only do I feel that the price was reasonable, I would have even paid more without hesitation because of the great customer service I received from the company! I absolutely give 5/5 stars to Karalis Mechanical Services LLC and will definitely be recommending their services to anyone, in the Broomall area or not!!

Greatest experience I've ever had with a contractor. He was on time & easy to get a hold of (which is extremely rare from what I've experienced so far). He finished the job ahead of schedule & came back a few days after to check up on everything as it was a large job. He's followed up with us on the phone to make sure we were satisfied with his work - not to mention he repaired my problem in no time & charged me half the price of the larger major companies I was quoted from.

I had Paul come out and look at my rooftop ac unit because it stopped working in the middle of the summer during a heatwave. Based on a few recommendations i decided to give Paul a call from Karalis mechanical. I explained to him the situation and right away he had a good idea what the issue was. He arrived the same day a few hours later and went straight to work. He told me the capacitor was bad and even took the time to show me how he tested it and what went wrong. at this point i figured he needs to get the part so maybe a day or two till he replaces it. well i was wrong he had it sitting right on his truck. Along with a bunch of other capacitors. He even checked the freon wile he was there. Within 30 mins i had my ac back up and running thanks to Karalis mechanical he is my new go to hvac guy.

I talked to a bunch of people in the area and he gave us the best estimate and it came out real nice. I would definitely recommend them. He is a young guy the knows what he is doing and is helpful.
