On move day team lead ck'd in 1st thing to confirm all details - made me aware of computer outage putting a possible glitch in day's agenda. Even though team arrived 45min later than scheduled they worked together efficiently & made the moving window(elevator res) & then delivered load on time. Load was a split delivery w/majority off loaded at a storage unit & rest at 3rd floor apt - having no elevator presented no problem!! The 3-man team worked well together under the expert leadership of team lead "Will" - they were an effective team & they presented good work ethics. They Loaded My 2 Bedroom Apt. In The Truck 30 Minutes , & Unloaded Even Quicker , I've Never Seen Any Moving Company Work As Quickly & Efficient As White's Moving & Labor.  Their Price Quote Was $200 Less Than Anyone Else In Harrisburg.   I Will Definitely Use Them Again & I Will Recommend Them To Every & Anyone.  A++"

"The move went fairly well and the team was courteous and respectful. My problem wasnt with the team of movers, but with the estimate and final cost. They nickel and dime you with hidden costs and we werent told up front about certain costs. They also sent a 4 person team instead a 3 person team which is more expensive and it took them just as long as the initial time estimate I was provided. I was told it would take 3 guys 7-8 hours and instead it took 4 guys 7-8 hours. Also they charge a 1 hour "drive" fee even though they were less than 20 minutes from both locations from where I moved from and to, plus they rounded up in their favor regarding time. Ive never been able to charge my clients for my travel time to and from home to their office. They also charge $5 per roll of tape and they tape everything and over tape. If you use them by your own box of packaging tape and save yourself $50."
