We looked for YEARS for a contractor to install flooring in our older home and selected Devere based on the reviews. We're so glad we did. Ben Devere and Sam Davis did our entire upstairs (3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway) in one day and the floor looks absolutely beautiful. They are very reasonably priced and their attention to detail is outstanding. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves- there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. I highly recommend Devere flooring to anyone looking for a reliable, capable contractor who cares about doing quality work. We plan on hiring them again soon for other projects!

We had our hallway floor replaced, including the sub floor in about five hours on the day Ben said he would do it. I cannot find one defect - a very high quality job, and best of all a 100% no-squeak hallway floor! Craftsmen.

I was a little nervous to be making this kind of decision on my own but after some research and reading their reviews I decided to go with DeVere. Their estimate was very reasonable and I am very happy with the finished project. Ben and Sam did a great job and were very efficient. They were happy to move anything necessary and didnâ t ask me to do anything. I would definitely be happy to recommend them.

Ben and Sam did a great job moving my existing wooden mantel from one interior wall to an exterior wall as a surround to a pellet stove I just had installed. They were able to remove the mantel from one wall without damaging it and install it symmetrically behind the pellet stove, so that it looks centered. Ben cut pieces of trim to make the feet of the mantel look as though it had been there the whole time. Both Ben and Sam repaired the existing trim on the floor so that there were no gaps on the wall where the mantel was moved from. They far exceeded my expectations for the price!

After several estimates on our floor project and almost giving up on our search due to out of budget price range and time availability on contractors, we contacted DeVere flooring to have an estimate and what a surprise: besides the reasonable price and time frame, they are really great people to work with, Lydia was super friendly, she replied to all our messages and phone calls in a timely manner and answered all our questions about the project. On the other side, Ben and Sam came to our house and did an awesome job! They were very professional in all aspects , from removing the old carpet, cleaning and installing our new vinyl plank floor. Our house looks beautiful and even bigger now! We are happy to have chosen this company, they are the kind of people who go an extra mile for you, highly recommended if you want your floor project to get done very professionally and at a fair price.

Great communication and clear pricing. Our floors look so good!! Work was done quickly, 1.5 days for living room and kitchen. Would suggest a one time cleaning/sweeping after floor installation to reduce dust settled, however, not something I would remove a star for as we are very happy with the overall results!

We wanted to have Pergo Luxury Vinyl Plank installed in our master bathroom. Quickly after requesting a quote, we received a call from Lydia to set up an appointment. Pricing was very reasonable and competitive. Ben installed the floor soon thereafter, which involved removing two prior layers of vinyl tile. He removed the transition and we now have a seamless flow from our bedroom into the bathroom. Weâ re very happy with the result. Lydia and Ben were friendly, easygoing and professional.

Lydia, Ben and Sam of Devere Flooring are great people. Very rare you find transparency, honesty and integrity in people today. From initial conversation, to measurements, through the install these traits were evident. Fair and competitive pricing but outstanding quality of work. We chose and purchased the upstairs flooring. Ben did an outstanding job on installing the hand scraped oak laminate, no low or high spots, just a quality install. In addition, Ben chose hardwood to match the downstairs existing hardwood areas and found a perfect match. He purchased, delivered and installed. There is a seamless transition from old to new, no creaks, and level. Clearly installed with pride and integrity. Existing flooring was ripped up and removed, and new floors /work area left clean and shiny. My family and I would not hesitate to hire Devere again. Devere did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to communicate / work with!
