They were very hard working fellows with a great attitude and got all our belongings and furniture loaded in a day! Professional and very helpful.

Woke up very early and waited an hour for them. Ehhhh. Not exactly the friendliest, some of my stuff has minor damages as well but the job got done. This company was picked due to them being a local/ small business, as well as a family business so we expected awesome service. Honestly good, not great.

Rob and Justin were amazing! Both of them were polite, good humored and very careful with our belongings. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the placement of furniture and made sure boxes were placed where they would not be in our way as we live and unpack simultaneously. This was the most pleasant moving experience I have ever had. Tony and Pam were exceptional to work with in pricing and scheduling. I highly recommend Geo. W. Weaver & Son.

Fine they did a good job

Everyone does a fantastic job at this company. My daughter’s bed was difficult to put together and they were patient and did not rush. They always had a smile. Even when I changed my mind on the location of an item!

Perfect! Both office and on-site personnel were exemplary.

Showed up half an hour late, many items (approximately 10%) were damaged due to them rushing to do at least a 4-5 hour job in less than 3 hours including a dinner break (but you're charged a minimum of 5 hours) which led them to doing things such as fully stacking two loads of boxes on one dolly (which damaged half the items on the dolly) and stacking very large heavy boxes on top of small light boxes both on the dollies and on the floor of my new place (which ended up crushed). I had brand new queen sized mattresses that were wrapped in plastic which they ripped off for some unknown reason and they ended up all dirty/stained from the truck. Why do you think they were wrapped in plastic covers? Same thing with my couch. They laughed whenever they would drop a box of items that spilled all over the floor. Also, for some reason they would shake some of my boxes next to their head like they were trying to hear what is inside of them (damaging what was inside of them). If you need your items from place to place and don't care what condition they are in when they get there they would be OK, but if you have anything valuable/fragile/condition-sensitive move it yourself or hire someone else. Thank goodness I was smart enough to move a lot of my valuable/fragile items myself. Geo. W. Weaver & Son Inc. doesn't know the meaning of the word careful unless if I got the backup crew and the other reviewers all got the better moving crew. Also, this was during COVID and none of the movers wore masks.

Unbelievably AMAZING company!!!!! From our rep, to the actual movers, we are so appreciative to all the attention, care & patient they were to our moving situation. Our moving date changed 4 times, extended to 1.5 months AFTER everything was loaded and awaiting our departure. They works with us tremendously by keeping our items safe and in the truck while we wait for the banks extension. In the meantime, our 4yr olds toys were all in the truck, he even had a birthday thru all this but the extremely companionate staff at Geo W. Weaver made a special delivery Yo our home of a few gifts for our sons birthday so he can have something to unwrap and play with while we wait for the move. That to us is what a true company is all about, the way the staff came together for our situation, just another customer, and made a huge difference in our hearts. It went smoothly. They came over and gave me an estimate. They packed up all of my stuff from my 3100sqft home and carefully brought it to my new house where they unpacked it. They wouldn't even accept tips afterwards! I would highly recommend to others.

Very happy with our move. Movers were prompt and courteous. They worked extremely hard during a heat wave (thanks Mike & Corey!). We did our own packing. House was packed on the truck on Wednesday. There was a slight snag because the truck sent wasn't big enough, but they worked it out. Furniture delivered on Saturday (they were already booked on Friday). They were late arriving due to shore traffic, but they called to let us know. Prior to delivery, they called us with the weight and exact amount due (which was less than originally quoted). Highly recommended and we would use them again. The only "negative" would be that there were only two movers, so they got the job done but it took longer.

The team of four movers were great. Very efficient and respextful of our belongings. They finished the move faster than I expected and the price came in below the estimate. There was one mishap with the legs of a desk being damaged, but it was one item out of hundreds that were moved without incident.

Smooooth. All three young men were courteous and just plain nice.Did all that I requested.

Pickup was efficient.  The items were warehoused for just about three months.  Damage to Bose speaker and heavy dust on returned wooden furniture.  I advise you to increase your personal homeowner's insurance to cover any damages just in case, as suggested by a company rep.  Internal damage to Bose freestanding speaker was such that it had to be replaced. I was just glad that everything else was returned in good condition.

I am very pleased with this company. I hired them based upon my sister's recommendation. They treated my furniture and belongings with care. They're prepared for everything! They're courteous and very customer oriented. From the initial estimate to the final move I was very happy with them for both of the moves they did for me. I'm about to move again and if I can afford to, I'm going to have them move me again. They are reasonably priced, it's just that I'm disabled and no longer work.

The three movers who showed up (Rick, Dana and one other) were polite, careful and efficient. I am very satisfied with their work and their attention to detail, to make sure that furniture, walls and floors were not damaged. They were careful to make sure they took the right things from one house and they were very careful about making sure that the items found their way to the right room in the new house. They came recommended by one friend and I have already recommended them to another friend.

Move went well. They are a local company. Showed up on time, nothing was damaged, everything got here safely and on time. There were three gentleman who were very couteous.

The move went very well.  The crew had one trainee along, and they made sure he knew what to do.  They worked steadily and had a good rapport with us and with each other.

They are prompt, courteous, and professional. Moreover, they gave a low bid.
