"We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and courteous manner in which Tom and his men resolved a multitude of damage in our home from water damage. Tom walked us through all the fine details of what had to be done which alleviated some of the anxiety and frustration we were feeling. He followed up with emails and phone calls, always making sure we were aware of what to expect with the restoration process. Over a course of 5 months, Tom and his men tediously, efficiently, and graciously repaired and remodeled our home and we are so very pleased with the finished project. His men did an excellent job each day and always cleaned up afterwards so when I came home from work there was no cleaning for me to do. Tom and his men needed to replace tiles in the basement ceiling, sand, spackle, and paint walls, tear up and redo walls and flooring on the first and second floors. They also removed an old toilet, sink  and cabinet replacing them with new fixtures. It was messy, noisy, and inconvenient, but Tom and his men worked diligently to accommodate our family's needs. We are very happy with the final product and appreciative of Tom for making the process as painless as possible.
