Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "Well. All of the people we interacted with from Wherley Generations throughout our move process were friendly and helpful. The three movers were polite and respectful. My in-laws were downsizing and not bringing all furniture with them; the movers helped move extra pieces to the garage so we could more easily get rid of them. It rained lightly on move day and they were careful not to mess up the carpet in the new house. Very happy overall with our experience and would definitely recommend them."

"First of all, they gave us a 2 hour window (8-10am) and they showed up 40 minutes late. The guys seemed nice enough but smelled bad and it was only 10:40 in the morning. Before the move I requested they take apart my treadmill for the move and put back together once in the apartment. This was not done and they scratched up walls and door jams. They also put a whole in a door. They offered to fix any repairs so long as it is below $75. My experience overall was unpleasant and I will not be using them again."

"Every part of my dealings with Bob Haynes Piano Moving was excellent. This is a professional, well-run family business. Getting a quote and setting up the service over the phone was quick and easy, I set up to have them come out less than 24 hours from when I placed the call, and was assured a phone call later that night to inform me the time frame that they would arrive, which they followed through on (I have seen reviews for other service providers where these follow up calls were an issue). They arrived right when they said they would, everyone was very amicable, and despite moving a very heavy piece, sometimes through very tight spaces, they were EXTREMELY cautious against damaging either the safe or any part of my home - even when I assured them it was no issue if they did. Not only did they get it generally where I wanted it, they took the time to ensure the safe was square against the wall and neatly aligned with the floor boards, and with the exact clearances I wanted on both sides. While I received other quotes for lower costs, I am very satisfied with the choice I made to use Bob Haynes Piano Moving. I couldn't imagine a more professional team. Thank you!"

"Superbly. Congressional (Bob & Bill Haynes) brought a large crew and equipment (two trucks) to uncrate, transfer, and assemble my new piano plus retrieve another one for transport back to Germany. They did it with extreme care and professionalism. I was immensely impressed with their know-how and experience."

"They were a terrible choice, I am disappointed in the broker that assigned me to them. They don't adhere to the time table they set, they try to rush you through paperwork which you don't even get a copy of when they leave with your stuff, their customer service reps could not sound more disinterested in helping you. Nothing has been on time so far and I keep getting charged for more than what was contracted. If a second floor delivery is going to cost more then be upfront don't tell me you are up charging the day before delivery. I am just now praying my stuff actually shows up and is the same shape it left my house in. Horrible experience so far."

"In spite of numerous negative reviews about Move Quick, Inc., I opted to hire this company for my move from West Virginia to Los Angeles. I spoke to Phillip, the manager/owner, who convinced me that the posted complaints had been resolved and were exaggerations. However, I, too, was subjected to an exaggerated low bid in order to snag my business. I, too, experience problems with the pick up and the delivery dates. The movers were a day late in arriving, then quoted me a 67% increase in price, from $3,100 to $5,200. BUT I was stuck. The company already had my deposit money. Also, I was charged for one flight of stairs and an exaggerated inaccurate measurement of my front door to the truck. I had been told there was no fee for one flight. I had provided exact measurements for the items in my two rooms of furniture. True, I had 51 boxes instead of 40 but that did not warrant such an increase in price, 67% almost $2,000. Delivery was also problematic. I had told Move Quick, Inc. that I would be at my new home 25 days after the pick up, October 30, 2019. That should have been more than enough time for any truck to drive cross country. They made me wait until December 4, 2020, a total of 25 days to drive 2,400 miles. I made the drive solo in 5 days. Communication with the company once they have your money is near to impossible. It took threats and 6 days for Philip to respond. He then provided an insignificant $75 discount. My recommendation: go with a larger company than can provide an accurate estimate and deliver within a reasonable time. Also, use a company that uses the industry standard of moving cost based on the weight of your items. Don’t let Phillip tell you his method of charging based on volume is better. No one else does this, for a reason. Other estimates I had received were in the $3,700 range.I should have Booked Elsewhere!”"
