"I didn't do comparison shopping on the price, I just took advantage of the Big Deal which I thought was a good price. I will say that my carpets are 10 years old and I thought that they came out beautifully for the age of the carpet. They were amazingly responsive. "My rug came back damp. Upsold rug pad then delivered a lower quality one. I had to prop my hand-made carpet up and use fans to thoroughly dry my carpet. Every professional rug cleaner knows the carpet needs to be thoroughly dried or the carpet will start to deteriorate. It also smelled musky when they returned it. I miss Nonni of Products of Great Imports."
