We are large enough to take care of all of your landscaping projects, yet we are small enough to give you the personalized service you deserve. Located in central Maryland, we service all of Baltimore, Carroll, Fredrick, and Howard Counties as well as the south central portion of Pennsylvania. ECL is a licensed Pennsylvania contractor and a grower of native and fine ornamental nursery stock. We occasionally use subcontractors and currently employ 14 employees. We also offer organic insect, fungus, and weed control options. In recent years, we have even began to use bio-fuels in our vehicles equipment to reduce our carbon footprint.
