"After our ceiling fell down from a leak in the roof, we had to find someone who could fix the giant hole in the living room as if it never happened, which proved very tricky since the ceiling was plaster with a special type of texturing. After searching high and low for top notch plasterers, we found Bob's number and gave him a call. Bob came out quickly and was able to put our mind at ease about making the repairs and gave a great timeline and quote for getting the work done. When the work was done, we truly couldn't tell there was ever a hole in the ceiling! Bob and his team did an excellent job repairing everything and matching the texture to the surrounding area, we couldn't be happier! They were all so courteous and did a great job making sure everything was covered up before they started and cleaned up so well afterwards, it was as if no one was there (and no hole)! After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."
